In one of the last acts of the last administration, President Bush signed a law overturning the lengthy prohibition on carrying a loaded weapon in National Parks. For as long as I can remember, people have not been allowed to carry loaded guns on their person in National Parks-any guns had to be locked in the trunk of the vehicle and left unloaded.
